Vision Montreal, clearly the lesser of the two evils, denounces Tremblay for his scandalous lack of ethics within his committee. The Tremblay-Zampino scandal, where Zampino was a city board member, then later switched to a company contracting with the city for the largers contract in Montreal history, was named "demagogic" by Tremblay...

Here's what happens withing the Tremblay Administration: If you run a company of any sort, from plumbing to logo-design, and you want money from Montreal, all you have to do is give a small charitable contribution. Rest assured, your money will be paid back, because 94% of those contributing have received inflated contracts from the city! Why should the taxpayers contract to a good and efficient company, when they could hire Tremblay's cousin's firm for 8 times the price!

Better yet, take one of the board members on a yacht vacation and you'll definitely score big points with the chiefs. That's how contracts get approved around here....

The problem with that is that Tremblay's money comes from tax payers! And even worse is the fact that Tremblay's gotten greedy recently. Now we somehow show a deficit! But that's alright, Tremblay's going to take it from the STM - who needs public transit anyway right? We're just fine paying the inflated gas tax - Dare I say that Tremblay's not against automobile dependency??!

If you're thinking "this is scandalous! Why isn't anyone suing him?" Well, some have tried, but no results yet. Tremblay's baby face looks so innocent no one dares question him, afterall, if you do, you may get a nice contract to shut up.

It's what we call in-your-face corruption, more precisely, Tremblay's face-corruption.
